Williams Texas rider, Dillon Fowler, takes 1st in GC at the Mineral Wells Stage Race.
On Saturday, after placing 4th in the morning criterium, Dillon went on to win the time trial later in the afternoon. Dillon successfully executed a nice road race finish to secure 1st place overall on Sunday.
